I became a counsellor with my lifetime of experiences as my foundation, because I believe we all have the right to be heard, to talk confidentially without fear of judgment or the worry of burdening family and friends with our worries. My way of counselling is with respect for the difficulties that brought you here. I have the deepest commitment to offering counselling which is welcoming and supportive to all without discrimination. I believe that trust is at the heart of counselling and what I offer my clients, and what I have always expected from my own therapist.
